Eloise is CEO and Founder of Financial Resilience Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the financial resilience and well-being of all Canadians and global citizens. The Institute is the leading independent authority on financial resilience and financial well-being in Canada, and measures household financial resilience through its Financial Resilience Index model, created by Eloise and her team.

Eloise has lived and worked in six countries. She is a leading expert on financial well-being in Canada, and Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C) with over twenty-five years of experience in strategic management consulting and financial services. As an impact-preneur she is working with passion to make a difference particularly for Canada’s most financially vulnerable and underserved populations. 

A member of the C.D. Howe Institute, Eloise is dual nationality Canadian and British, and lives in Vancouver with her husband and three children.
